ECLT
what IS ECLT?
The ECLT (English Congregation Leadership Team) is presently comprised of the Lead Pastor and leadership team members who are responsible for building, maintaining and overseeing the spiritual welfare of the English congregation. The team essentially functions as the “engine” of the English congregation, making decisions, directing, and overseeing all the ministries and business affairs within. In serving alongside the KCLT (Korean Congregation Leadership Team), together they form the Lakeview Leadership Team and are mutually dependent on each other.

English Congregation Lead Pastor
Pastor William joined the community at Lakeview Covenant Church on March 1st of 2016 as the English Congregation Lead Pastor.
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, he received his education at the University of Toronto (Hon. B.A. 1996), Tyndale Seminary (M.Div. 1999), and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (ThM. 2002, PhD 2012). In his passion of preaching and teaching God’s Word, his desire is to be used by God to raise up passionate, Spirit-filled, missional leaders for Christ. Pastor William enjoys cooking, discussing theology, tiling floors and walls, and spending time with the family. He is happily married to his wife Julie, and they have three children, David, Charis, and Elianah.
