Saturday Nights:
The big night for all the students to come together to deepen their relationship with God. From 5-8 PM at Lakeview's Ministry Center*, the Youth Group meets for a time of worship, games, fellowship and Bible-based teaching. We also eat dinner together, share prayer requests and share life together.
Sunday Worship:
From 10–11:30 AM at Skokie and from 10:30–12 PM at Vernon Hills, this is the time when the TLYG students get to worship God through musical praise in spirit and in truth, hear a Bible-based sermon and spend some time praying in the presence of God. After service, students break up into small groups to discuss practical applications from the Sunday sermons and pray for each other. TLYG: where amazing spiritual growth happens (by the grace, mercy and power of God).

From 12:15–2 PM at Lakeview's Ministry Center for the Skokie students and on-site at the Sullivan Community Center for the Vernon Hills students, this is the time for the TLYG students to go deeper in their spiritual growth. Currently, we are going through the Crazy Love curriculum, written by bestselling author, speaker and pastor Francis Chan.
(*Note: Occasionally, The Lakeview Youth Group will have outside events at other churches or student homes. Be sure to check the "Calendar" and click on our Saturday links for information on meeting venue).
