Mission House
Now in its 5th year, this is a night of music, fun, raffles, refreshments, inspiration and love!!!
A multigenerational and multicultural event, the Missionshouse is dedicated to the Great Commission and Acts 1:8 and is a missions fundraiser that seeks to bring people together to further God's Kingdom locally, nationally and internationally with the talents God has given to the Church. This night will showcase The Lakeview Youth Group (TLYG) and some of the most talented Christian musicians in the Chicago area.
ADMISSION IS FREE. DOORS OPEN AT 6:30 PM.
DURING THE MISSIONSHOUSE, A SPECIAL LOVE OFFERING WILL BE TAKEN, and 100% of the proceeds will go towards local churches (ie Lakeside, Lakeview, Dasom, Exodus, etc.), national groups (ie InterVarsity USA), missionaries and global groups (ie Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and Worldvision, specifically supporting the Haiti and Chile earthquake relief efforts).
Throughout the night, you can enter to win a BRAND NEW APPLE IPAD, and two gift card packages. Raffle entries will be $2 per entry (give more and increase your ticket entries; $10 nets you 6 entries, $20 gives you 14 entries). For those of you who plan on attending, and you have small children, we have special designated areas for you to watch the event with your children. We ask that parents accompany their own children at all times during the evening. There will be light refreshments served following the Missionshouse in the lobby of the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie.
