Lakeview Vision
Transformation: Making disciples of all nations
The one-word vision of Lakeview is ‘Transformation.’ We are passionate about seeing lives transformed into the image of Christ. It is the Spirit of God who changes lives, but we have the privilege to partner with Him by engaging in the task of ‘Making disciples of all nations.’ In light of the Great Commission, it is our goal to seek the lost (‘go’), transform them into followers of Christ (‘make disciples’) and then multiply His Kingdom by planting churches locally and globally (‘of all nations’).
“And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” 2Cor. 3:18
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
