Check-In Guidelines for Parents
Check-in will be available at the Northbrook campus from 9:45-10:20 and at the Palatine campus from 9:15-9:45. Families arriving after 10:20 at Northbrook may enjoy the service with your children in the chapel. Families arriving after 9:45 at Palatine may enjoy the service with your children. These guidelines provide fewer interruptions during our class teaching time and less anxiety to our younger children. Classes begin promptly at 10:00 at Northbrook and 9:30 at Palatine. Please check-in your children before the Worship Celebration begins.
Check-in procedure
• Children must be accompanied by an adult to check-in
• A numbered pager will be given to you
• Your child will get a nametag with your pager number
• We will page you if needed
Check-out procedure
• Bring your pager to your child's room
• Page numbers & nametags will be checked by one of the leaders to make sure they match
• Once matched, your child may leave with you
• Drop off your pager and nametags at the check-in table after you have picked up your child.
